General terms and conditions

Our goal is to ensure that your ordered products reach you as quickly and conveniently as possible. Our shipping terms are detailed below.

 

Shipping Methods and Partners:

  • Courier Service: We provide convenient and fast home delivery throughout the country in cooperation with our reliable courier partners (e.g., GLS, MPL). The package is delivered directly to the address you provide.

  • In-person Pickup: If available, our webshop provides the option for in-person pickup at a pre-arranged time or during opening hours at our premises/store. You will be informed of the details during the ordering process.

 

Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping over a certain limit: Above a specific cart value (e.g., HUF 50,000), we provide free shipping, depending on the selected shipping method.

  • In-person Pickup: In-person pickup is generally free of charge.

  • The exact shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page after you have selected your preferred shipping method.

 

Delivery Time:

  • For products in stock, we deliver the package within 2 business days (e.g., 2-5 business days) from the date the order is placed.

  • For pre-order or custom-made products, the delivery time may vary; you will be informed in more detail on the product page or in the confirmation email.

  • The courier service typically notifies the recipient of the exact delivery time via email or SMS.

 

Order Tracking: 

We generate a tracking number for every package sent, which we will send to you via email after the order has been dispatched. You can conveniently track your package's journey on the courier service's website using this number.

 

Delivery Process and Issues:

  • The courier service usually makes multiple delivery attempts. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, they will leave a notification or contact you by phone to coordinate delivery.

  • Please check the integrity of the package upon receipt in the presence of the courier! In case of a damaged package, please have the courier record a formal report (minutes) and notify us of the problem immediately so we can assist you.

 

General Payment Terms

We offer several convenient and secure payment methods in our webshop so that you can choose the most suitable one.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payment (Online): The fastest and most convenient payment method. We provide secure online card payments through our webshop's integrated payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). Your card details are sent directly to the payment provider's system via an encrypted connection, ensuring maximum security.

  • Cash on Delivery (Cash or Card at the courier/pickup point): You have the option to pay the order value upon receipt of the package in cash or by card, either to the courier or at the chosen pickup point. Cash on delivery may incur an extra fee, which you will be informed of when selecting the payment method.

  • Bank Transfer (Pre-payment): You can also settle the order value in advance via bank transfer. In this case, the package will be dispatched after the amount arrives in our bank account. We will send our bank account details in the order confirmation email.

  • Online Payment Systems: If our webshop accepts other online payment systems (e.g., PayPal), these will be indicated on the checkout page where you can select them.

 

Payment Security: 

Online card payments are processed through encrypted connections in the systems of reliable third-party payment providers, in compliance with the highest security standards. Our webshop does not store credit card data.

 

Invoicing: 

We issue an electronic invoice for every order placed, which will be sent to the email address you provided after the package has been dispatched.

 

Payment Deadline (for Bank Transfers):

 In the case of a bank transfer, please settle the amount within 3 business days of placing the order. If the amount does not arrive in our account within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
